Siemens – Green Port Hull
This future gazing project sees the construction of a new facility that manufactures the world’s longest wind turbine blades, at 75m, along with service facilities and an investment in a brand new installation harbour. To meet the demand for future wind energy, Siemens has invested in the construction of a new harbour at Green Port in Hull, UK, to enable the pre-assembly of turbines prior to installation in the North Sea. This has involved filling in two internal docks and reclaiming a significant amount of land from the Humber. Currently within the port of hull, blade movement team, plant operators, store men, logistic managers and maintenance team.

When fully operational, Midelt wind farm will produce 180 MW of energy which is sufficient to power a city with a population of half a million. Midelt is part of the larger The 850 MW Projet Éolien Intégré. This is intended to help Morocco meet its commitments to renewable energy production, specifically it's goal of providing over 50% of it's electricity (from Wind) by 2030. CFWind worked closely with WindHoist on this project.

Management of site set up i.e. container compounds, walkway’s, exclusion zones. Main components incoming inspection (i.e.) cleaning & painting. Vessel backload management, plant hire and plant operators. Vessel load out (i.e.) supporting with blade technicians during load out.
